Dr. Victoria Bouhairie is a physician, educator, and advocate with a clear mission: to empower people and communities with the tools to take control of their health.
Triple board-certified in endocrinology, obesity medicine, and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Bouhairie brings more than 15 years of experience across clinical care, healthcare leadership, public health, and payor strategy. Whether working one-on-one or shaping population-level wellness initiatives, her approach is rooted in science, equity, and real-world solutions.
At the heart of Parry’s Wellness is her belief that clarity, compassion, and credible guidance can transform lives. Through its educational arm, Empowering4Health, she leads workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements that break down complex health topics and spark lasting change.
Dr. Bouhairie chairs the Wake Forest University MHA Advisory Board and serves as a committee member and speaker for the American Diabetes Association. She is also recognized nationally and internationally as a trusted voice on addressing the root causes of chronic disease through lifestyle-based approaches.
She serves on the board of DiabetesSisters and is a recipient of the American College of Healthcare Executives’ prestigious Equity of Care Award.
